Pack sound-library
Previous  Top  Next

Sound-libraries not only link to different files (MP3-, WMA-, Midi(MID)- and WAV) which can be saved, but you can also save the sound files within the sound-library, so the sound-library can easily be copied to and opened on other computers. The archived files will be extracted and put into the proper SoundMixer folders (q.v. Adjusting folders) automatically.

There is a special window to edit the list of integrated files.

To add a file to the sound-library, first select it in the list of "available files" and then click the "save within library >>" button. Holding down the Shift or Ctrl button enables you to select multiple entries just like any other windows program. You can remove selected files by clicking the "<< not save within library" button.

The buttons "all files", "all sound-effect", and "all media" work in the same way. So these buttons are a fast alternative to add or remove all files, sound-effect or media (q.v. About sound-events and what they're capable of...) to or from the list.
